Then feel the adrenaline as you fly through the canopy across 8 zip lines and 16 platforms, before exploring nature trails surrounded by tropical plants, birds and the sounds of the forest. Meeting and pickup
Guests without arranged transportation should meet directly at Rainforest Adventures St. Lucia – Castries Waterworks Forest Reserve. The park opens at 9:00 AM; please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity for check-in.

- Cruise Ship Guests: Roundtrip transportation from the cruise port is available only for cruise guests whose ships arrive before 9:00 AM. Please provide the full name of your cruise ship at the time of booking. Pickup is scheduled one hour after your ship docks. Cruise guests arriving at or after 9:00 AM are welcome to join the tour but must make their own way to the park.
- No port, no pay! Guaranteed full refund if your cruise ship does not call port in St Lucia at all
- Required Footwear & Clothing: Walking/hiking shoes are mandatory. High heels, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted. Wear comfortable clothing, preferably long shorts or trousers and a short- or long-sleeved shirt. Skirts and dresses are not recommended for the zipline.
- What to Bring: Bring sunscreen, insect repellent and sun/rain protection. Food and drinks are not included.
- Waiver: A participation waiver is mandatory and must be completed before the activity.
- Transportation: Transportation is shared, not private, and transfer times may vary depending on hotel and cruise port pickups.
- Long Hair: Long hair must be tied back before participating.
- Hotel Guests: Pickup is available from designated hotels. Please provide your hotel name at the time of booking. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking; please be in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
- For designated hotels in Marigot and Castries, an additional transportation charge may apply when fewer than 4 guests are traveling.
- Transportation Deadline: Transportation must be arranged in advance and requested before 4:30 PM St. Lucia time on the day before your visit.
- Self-Arrival: Guests without arranged transportation should meet directly at Rainforest Adventures St. Lucia – Castries Waterworks Forest Reserve. The park opens at 9:00 AM; please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity for check-in.
- Weather: This activity operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Age & Physical Requirements: Guests must be at least 5 years old and physically fit to participate. Maximum weight is 350 lbs / 170 kg. Minimum waist is 18 in / 45.7 cm and maximum hip/waist is 50 in / 127 cm.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant guests or anyone with back or neck injuries.
- Smoking: The activity location is a non-smoking property.
