Stop 1
The Papeete market is unique with all stands of fish, fruit, vegetables, local preparations, and roast pig (Pua'a roast). You will discover the local colors, smells and tastes. We will do the market together before going to prepare the raw fish with coconut milk for breakfast.
Stop 2
Walking tour of Papeete to discover the stories and evolution of the Polynesian Capital. Stories about the old colonial city, economic and political development, and references to ancient times.
