Your experience
Stop 1
Stunning views down towards Loch Morlich and beyond.
Stop 2
The opportunity to visit the Osprey Centre at Loch Garten. During the summer months there is a chance to see nesting osprey and sometimes even golden eagles.
Stop 3
View the intriguing castle ruins located on an island with breathtaking views of the Cairngorm mountains behind.
Stop 4
During the discovery hikes there will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take in our glorious surroundings. Whether you like to stop and listen to the sounds of nature or take photos of the distant mountains we will explore at a pace that is right for you.

Meeting and pickup
Please meet by the barrier closest to the old ski centre building. I will be wearing a branded grey 'Lost Sheep' cap.
Please meet in the Allt Mor car park, there is a small green forestry commission sign at the car park entrance which says "for the Green Lochan". I will be wearing a branded grey 'Lost Sheep' cap.
Please meet by the visitor shop which is located a short walk away from the car park. I will be wearing a branded grey 'Lost Sheep' cap.
Meet at the Loch Mallachie RSPB information board, just to the west of Loch Garten. I will be wearing a branded grey 'Lost Sheep' cap.
