A Finnish sauna is an iconic cultural experience that every traveler to Finland should try. It is a traditional form of relaxation that has been enjoyed by Finns for centuries. The heat in the sauna can reach up to 80-100 degrees Celsius, providing a deep and invigorating sensation that is both cleansing and refreshing. The Finnish sauna experience is unique because it combines the relaxation of heat with the benefits of nature. It is often taken in conjunction with a cold plunge, which provides an invigorating contrast to the intense heat of the sauna. This practice is an essential part of Finnish culture. It is more than just a place to relax; it is a social experience that promotes connection and community. It is often taken with friends or family. Unique and memorable: an experience that provides visitors with an authentic taste of Finnish culture. A must-try activity for any traveler looking to unwind in a truly authentic way. *THE SAUNA WHERE WE GO MAY VARY.
