Focus on Ireland

7 daysIreland

You’ll stand above the 700-foot Cliffs of Moher, with Galway Bay stretching beyond. In Dublin, you walk the grounds of Trinity College before viewing the Book of Kells, its ancient pages rich with color and fine detail. You’ll pass Cork’s old Georgian streets weaving along tall townhouses, sash windows, elegant façades, and Cobh harbor, the Titanic’s final port of call. In Killarney, chef John Sheehan and his wife Freda welcome you into their family-run guesthouse for a Farm-to-Table meal, where traditional Irish recipes arrive warm from the kitchen. You wander down Galway’s winding lanes or take a seat in a traditional Irish pub and listen as music spills out through the open doors.
